In previous years we have relied heavily on funds raised from our Charity Checkstops in Blackfalds and Gasoline Alley, which have raised up to $15,000, assisting our organization in delivering services to victims of crime and tragedy in our communities.
Due to Covid-19 our year-end Charity Checkstop has been postponed. We are hoping you will consider giving in a little different way this year and donating online through ATB Cares who will match 15% of your donation!
Thank-you to all of our generous community partners and sponsors!

This year, Central Alberta Victim And Witness Support are participating in GivingTuesday with a #ThankYOU campaign. Without your donations and our volunteers, we would not be able to provide the level of service that we do. We appreciate each and every one of you, #ThankYOU. Follow us on Facebook or visit our events page to learn more about our dedicated volunteers.
"We have two days that are good for the economy. Now we have a day that is good for the community too."
Our volunteer advocates are first responders, available to provide support during the first few critical hours after an incident.
This year for GivingTuesday we are interviewing our volunteers and featuring them on our facebook page.
